SHIPPING

Shipping Carriers

Orders will ship using USPS or UPS.

Processing time

Processing usually takes 1 business day.

Shipping Times

  • USPS estimates 1-3 business days

  • UPS Ground estimates 1-5 business days

International Shipping

  • Phone number and email required for international orders.

  • Returns and exchanges are not accepted for international orders.

  • Recipient is responsible for any import fees, vat, duties, etc. at the time of delivery.

Returned and lost Packages

  • If a package is returned by the mail carrier for whatever reason, we will contact the purchaser and reship the order. (Free reshipping for U.S.) (Additional shipping charge for international)

  • If a package is lost by the carrier and it does not show “delivered” on tracking, then we will mail another after 30 days of no activity. (Only for U.S. orders)

  • If a package wasn’t delivered, but shows “delivered” by the carrier, contact your local post office or shipping carrier.

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

International orders

Products delivered outside the United States cannot be returned or exchanged. However, replacement parts are available. See replacement part policy.

Items that can be returned

To be eligible for a return, your item must be close to the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Open-boxed items are eligible for returns. Partially assembled and fully assembled model kits are not acceptable for returns. Items that show signs of being altered, such as being sanded, stained, painted, etc. cannot be returned.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Limited edition or special edition items cannot be returned.

  • Downloadable products

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

How to initiate a return or exchange

To complete your return, please complete the following steps:

  1. Reply to your order confirmation email (or submit a form here) to request which product you would like to return.

  2. Include the following information:

    • Name

    • Product you would like to return

    • Reason for return

    • Order number (only if using the contact form)

  3. Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email

  4. Send all returnable items back to us using the provided label.

Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Joe@medievalkits.com or submit a form in the contact page.

PRE-ORDERS

Pre-Orders are shipped as soon as possible. A ETA (estimated time of arrival) is provided in the description of the product. Emails are sent out before a Pre-Order is fulfilled. These emails let the buyer know his/her product is preparing to be shipped. 

Pre-Orders are fully refundable before shipping. To cancel an order please submit a form in the contact page.

REPLACEMENT PARTS 

Replacement parts are available for model kits. Whether that part was missing from the package, lost, or broke, a replacement can be sent free of charge. Please fill out the contact form HERE and provide the following information: 

  • Name

  • Address

  • Model

  • Part number

  • Reason for replacement

Replacement parts will ship anywhere in the world. In most cases tracking numbers are not available.
